oh anyway.. now that ive cleared my bills and 1 1/2 hour later.."plink".. the line was back and i could call and sms again i decided to reconnect to my broadband again so i switched on the router and stuffs.. turned on the wireless LAN on my comp and waited for it to acquire the connection available.. there we go.. Connected.. Status: Excellent.. hmm so far so good..

but i somehow cannot manage to connect to the internet now.. the frontpage appeared and enquired abt a username and password.. hmm this cant be good.. cos do keep in mind that i havent use the broadband for a while now a couple of months.. and the last time that i actually needed a password to connect to the internet and set up the entire thing was back in june.. yes!! last year june when i first signed up for the account.. so there i was ransacking the mail pile looking for my previous bills for any signs of username and password.. i got the username but the password element was missing.. thats when i caught sight of the helpline no...

well after contemplating for ard 20 mins, yes i took that long.. i dun realli like to call strangers, be it ordering McDonalds and Pizza, i decided to call in and ask for help.. well waddya know its a voice automated system.. this would be a breeze.. well after following the instructions and stuffs, the onli way i could reset the password would be to call in using the account phone line so well that couldnt be that hard.. so i unplucked my home line from my phone and plugged in the account's.. no ring tone.. so i guess it could be the socket being loose so i tugged at it to take it out..

it came out.. not the phone line tho.. juz the naked wire with the socket still plugged to the switch on the wall.. i dunno if u all are familiar to this but the socket that i have latched onto the wall has this mechanism that u have to push it down to open the socket where it will then proceed to clamp onto the telephone line when its plugged in but when u plug it out it will automatically shut itself.. but now ive taken out the wire but not the socket so now the latch is completely shut with the socket inside it since the wire was the one that kept it open..

so its now officially and completely stuck..
i need a telephone wire repairman..
anyone out there got recommendations??
