so a few days/weeks ago i wrote that i had $186.75 left on my tab to settle on my phone bill and most probably i can settle it in time wen my pay comes a calling on the 10th and finally after 3 long mths of being without contact, always MIA, i would finally be able to be contacted and contact ppl again.... well theres a few things i wanna say..

Firstly, my balance was not $186.75.. Its $136.75.. so yippee!! yes i know.. meaning i have less to pay so no problemo...

but wad in the world did this mth's bill state?????

last week i received a letter that stated that my account for both my broadband and my phone has been temporarily suspended due to frequent reminders to settle my bill.. one thing i dun understand.. dun they receive my monthly payments?? i paid $100 every mth without fail so wads the big idea about not settling my bill?? cant they see that I AM trying to settle my bill?? wads wrong with this ppl??

well thats not the point.. like i said after receiving the letter i was like.. FINE.. Ill pay and settle the bill this coming payday and show u that i AM able to settle my debts..

but wad did they do???? they charge me $73 bucks for this month's "usage".. I was like "didnt u juz suspend my account?? meaning that i cant and didnt use the broadband to surf the net which i dun becos i usually leech from my neighbours and it has been ages since i tried to call or received any calls from anybody..

so my question is wer did the 73 bucks come from?? the plan is worth $69 bucks and it is for BOTH internet and phone.. so if i dun have any phone services nor Broadband services now and with the letter that it has been suspended wy did they still charge me?????

now i have to pay $210??? wad e hell laaa..

anything i can do abt this??
