"Sorry" at one point of time or another will be obsolete in answering to/for any mistakes or incapability of ours..

"Sorry" does not pose a solution neither does it change a recurring situation..

so my question posed..
saying "sorry" is implemented becos that is the least that we can do or is it the least that we want to do?
